Now, I’ve made it my job to help prepare expecting parents for what life with a new baby is really like, whilst offering strategies and tools for a smoother transition.

Hi, I’m Ceridwen. I’m a postpartum doula, lactation counsellor, and gentle sleep practitioner. I combine evidence-based knowledge with compassionate care to ensure you receive both practical information and emotional support.

Combining my background education with personal experience as a mom, I bring both practical tools and emotional understanding to my work. I know how overwhelming it can be to prepare for a new baby, and I’m here to make sure you’re not navigating it alone.
