Hi, I’m Ceridwen.

I am a certified postpartum doula in Cayman

…and a mother who has experienced both the joys and challenges of having a new baby. At six months postpartum I started studying to be a doula (while my baby napped on my chest!) with the mission to help other new parents to feel calm, confident and cared for throughout the transition of welcoming a new baby - because every family deserves to experience their postpartum bliss.
